The nephew of a fallen officer was sworn into his uncle's police department in a touching ceremony. Sergeant Richard 'Sam' Howard was shot and killed in the line of duty in 2017. His 5-year-old nephew, Enzo Russell, took an oath to be a good boy, love his parents and always try his hardest in honor of his best friend, Sergeant Howard. Now Officer Enzo will carry on his legacy with pride.
